1/2 cup (120 grams) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt or dairy-free / vegan Greek cultured coconut milk
1/4 (60ml) cup milk of choice, plus additional if desired
2-4 tablespoons whipping or heavy cream (use coconut cream for a dairy-free / vegan version) (I don't like a lot of cream and only used 2 tablespoons)

Blend the bananas, vanilla, cinnamon, Greek yogurt and milk together with an immersion blender, food processor, or a high-powered blender until well combined.

Easy milkshake recipe : Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake

2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/4 -1/2 cup milk depending on consistency you prefer
9 large marshmallows
Caramel ice cream topping
optional ~ Marshmallow Fluff to rim glass
optional ~ whipped cream

Set oven to broil. If using Fluff to rim the glasses, do this first by dipping the glass into marshmallow fluff. Toast the fluff with a kitchen torch if desired. Place 1-2 Tbsp caramel sauce at the bottom of each glass. Set aside.
Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone baking mat. Cut large marshmallows in half. Set aside while you combine milk and ice cream in blender. Blend until creamy. Immediately place marshmallows under broiler for 20-30 seconds until browned. Remove and immediately place into blender. Pulse the marshmallows until they are mixed with the ice cream. Pour into prepared glasses and top with whipped cream if desired. Lightly toast another marshmallow to place on top of whipped cream to make it pretty.

Optionally, before serving, dip the rim of the glass in whipped topping or run ice cream-dipped fingers around the rim so it’s moistened and sticky. Dip the moistened rim into a shallow bowl with cake mix, graham cracker crumbs, or sprinkles. Garnish milkshake with whipped topping, sprinkles, a drizzle of Nutella, peanut butter, or chocolate syrup as desired.  Tip: Make your own cake mix by combining approximately 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoon flour.
